How does TAWASUL work?
After submitting a request on TAWASUL will provide you with a ticket number that will enable you to track the progress of your submission, then the request will be assigned to the quality department and they will take action if all needed information is available but if the information is unavailable so will this complaint will be pending until we informed from the requester.
