Brief of TAWASUL
TAWASUL is a communication channel that allows NAQEL employees to submit and raise their complaints, grievances, observations, and suggestions in confidentiality without knowing the identity of the requester. This communication channel will help the management to stay in touch with employees’ concerns and recommendations in an attempt to improve employees’ overall satisfaction level and to improve the work environment. In TAWASUL, the concern provided by the employee is of a high value and will be treated carefully, as your concerns, observations, and/or recommendations will help NAQEL to be a better place.
